Paul is CMS-Africa's Representative in Tanzania. He is based in Arusha, Tanzania, and works as a Samaritan Strategy Trainer. He is the Samaritan Strategy Country Representative and is based in Arusha. He has so instrumental in conducting VISION Conferences in other parts of Tanzania.
